About Natalie
I am a dedicated vocal tutor with 11 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music Education with a focus on voice. My passion is helping students discover their unique sound while building strong, healthy technique. I teach a wide variety of genres, including classical, pop, jazz, and contemporary styles, allowing singers to explore and grow creatively.
My lessons are grounded in a balanced approach that combines ear training, harmony work, improvisation, and music theory. This ensures students not only sing accurately but also understand the music they perform. I emphasize vocal control, tone development, and expressive phrasing in every session.
I believe that each student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to match individual goals, skill levels, and learning styles. Modern technology enhances progress tracking. DAWs allow recording and self-review, metronomes reinforce timing, and pitch training apps ensure consistent intonation. Regular analysis and reflection guide improvement and confidence.
This methodology helps singers grow into versatile performers capable of navigating multiple genres while cultivating strong technique and expressive artistry.
