About Sam
As a university student, I have experienced the hardships that many college students face but feel they are alone in. This includes studying with ADHD, facing major stress in finances and changes in eating habits, and/or an intense fear of failure and fear of socializing.
However, as I learned to identify my values, researched hundreds of organizational tools and methods, and learned how to ask for help, I found that the spark had been rekindled inside of me.
As a friend, fellow student, and resource-lover, I am excited to help you rekindle YOUR spark and thrive in the settings that are most important to you by creating strategies personalized for your values.
You do not have to find your way alone. Let's do this together.

I believe that small victories add up to equal profound success.
I create my lessons to be flexible to meet your needs because my goal is to, not only teach you, but empower you in your personal, family and academic life.
A typical meeting will look like this:
Together, we will identify what goals you want the most help accomplishing.
We will identify what is working for you and what may be holding you back
I will provide several plans, strategies and resources based on your individual goals and circumstances.
We will set up a simple plan to help you reach your goal!
We will measure how this plan work for you and adjust, if needed.
As someone who is is well acquainted with ADHD, perfectionism and feeling out of control, and financial stress I am excited to offer you the resources and skills that I have discovered and seen work in my students' lives! You are free to be yourself in these sessions. There is absolutely no judgement.
