About Darren
Following a 20 year career in Corporate Business Sales within large blue-chip organisations , I've spent the last 5 years of my life studying counselling, psychology and practising mindfulness and understanding what it means to be a man, and how to show up authentically.
I've built this service to create a safe space where you can allow yourself to be vulnerable and start to explore the parts of you that are holding you back from living a wholehearted life.
I offer safety, compassion, and brotherhood, driven by my own experience and a desire to both reduce the stigma around mental health, help people reach their potential and save lives, as well as contributing to changing an outdated ideology of what it means to be man.

Ongoing one hour sessions are £49 per session, I offer total freedom of experience, start where you need and take as few or as many sessions as you require, no minimum booking terms required, however I also offer discounted block booking as follows:
2 hour session for £95
5 Session booking £230
10 Session booking £450
Appointments available Monday to Saturday, some evening and weekends slots available.
