About Alice
Hi, I’m Alice Lau Chi Cheng. I believe that meaningful conversations can help people feel lighter, understood, and more connected to themselves. I enjoy listening to others and creating a comfortable space where people can share their thoughts without judgment.
I decided to offer these sessions because many people today carry emotional stress but don’t always have someone they can openly talk to. Through supportive conversations, I hope to help others gain clarity, process their feelings, and feel less alone.
My goal is simply to provide a safe and respectful space for honest conversations, reflection, and personal growth.

My sessions focus on creating a safe, supportive space for open conversations. I use empathetic listening and reflective dialogue to help individuals talk through emotions, relationship concerns, or personal challenges. Rather than giving strict advice, I guide conversations that encourage self-reflection, emotional clarity, and personal growth.
A typical session lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the individual’s preference. Each session is flexible and tailored to the person’s needs.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation and have strong communication and cross-cultural understanding through academic and professional experience. Her sessions are suitable for young adults and adults who want a respectful space to talk, reflect, and be heard.
