About Emma
A ten-minute conversation with my brother gave me something I now try to give every client: belief capital.
I want the people I work with to trust themselves fully, and to be the person leading their own life. My goal in life and in coaching has always been to add happiness to people's lives. Not just the feeling, but something that lasts, something that's been worked for.
My work is shaped by training in Joe Hudson's Art of Accomplishment, Phil Stutz and Barry Michels's The Tools, and study in modern psychology.

I help you catch the narratives that aren't fruitful, question the limiting beliefs you carry around life, career and relationships, and find more loving forward motion.
What we work on:
The narratives. Catch the things you keep repeating, and rewrite them to your advantage.
The emotions. Separate what's muddled, give it space to be felt, and pull out the insights.
The motion. Turn it into a plan that fits you, and shows you the next step.
How I work:
Direct, collaborative, and on the same team. You're the expert in yourself. I bring tools to use in the moment and a handful of proposed solutions. You try them on and tell me what's landing and what isn't. What lands, we keep. What doesn't, we leave.
We stay in the present, and you leave every session with notes and a living game plan.
Ways to work together:
Intro Call. 45 minutes, no cost. Are we a good fit?
Single Clarity Session. One session, $120. One or two pressing problems, and you leave with an action-oriented plan.
The Ongoing Work. Six weeks, $700. A few main goals, room for what comes up week to week, and a living game plan.
