About Kara
I am an Elementary qualified teacher with 5 years experience in the classroom. I graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Child Studies and then went on to get my teaching degree from Queens University. I have worked with children from the ages of 3 to 15 years old in a school, daycare, tutoring, or camp setting. I am also a mom of twin girls who are currently in Grade 1.

My goal is first and foremost to help your children learn to read, write, understand math, and to develop a love for learning.
My lessons will focus on a strong development of phonics as the basis for reading and writing. Math and Science lessons use interactive games and hands-on learning through manipulatives.
These lessons are for Elementary aged students.
