About Matthew
I have been a Headteacher since 2016 of a secondary school. The school educates 92 pupils (annually) who have been excluded or at risk of permanents exclusion from mainstream school. I have supported staff and the school to raise standards significantly; taking the school from an inadequate in 2016 to good in 2018. I have overseen expansion and development in all areas. Over the past decade I have achieved a First Class BA (Hons) in education, and a master's degree in education (distinction).
