About Claire
I've been in learning-leadership roles for the past eighteen years, working with primary and secondary learners as well as adults, in various roles from classroom assistant to creative workshop leader to Editor in Chief. I'm a critic and journalist covering mostly comic books, spent seven years editing critical essays and features, and have been editing comics independently for several years.

My method is pupil-led. Their needs and the needs of their work are my primary concern. I am happy to look at work and provide notes about its direction, discuss those notes in text or face to face, workshop one to one, or any combination of the above. I am happy to work with individuals of any skill level or age, and will prioritise their goals and weaknesses. They must have some idea of what they want to get out of our time together, or we are liable to meander!
