About Andreane

I am a classically trained actress and singer. I graduated from East 15 with a 1st Class MA Hons in 2020. I also hold BA in Music from the University of York, with an emphasis in classical singing.

Moreover, I studied at National Youth Theatre (NYT) in 2021 and have since participated in many of their shows and R&Ds including Silent Statues, PIGS, the Royal Court takeover, and The Odyssey (National Theatre). I have starred in films such as ‘School Prayer’ and ‘Patision Avenue’ by Thanasis Neofotistos and ‘Model Spending’ by Alyona Baranoff.

I have trained extensively in Acting, Voice, Dance, Singing, Physical Theatre, Acting on Screen, Accent work and Meisner. As a tutor, I can offer encouragement and enthusiasm, as well as personal discipline and knowledge to help students get to where they want to go. It offers me great joy to see others thrive and embrace the power of their creativity.

About the lesson

I teach all levels and ages, including for National Youth Theatre and Drama School auditions, and preparation for professional castings. I am happy to teach in English or Greek.

All of my sessions will be tailored to you and to your preferred learning style.
I have an extensive personal database of speeches, duologues and plays I have collected over the years and can offer you advice on choosing the right speech for you and your auditions. This will involve text analysis, script work, deciphering the subtext, and discovering the characters’ objectives and intentions. I aim to create a fun atmosphere, so you can feel relaxed and creative.

I can also offer Confidence Coaching and Public Speaking lessons, to help non-actors feel more comfortable with expressing themselves.

We will also talk through things such as memorisation techniques, what might be expected to you at an audition, and having the right mindset. I will also provide written feedback regularly.

I have prior experience in teaching ages 4-16, and also feel very comfortable in supporting SEN students of all ages. I hold an enhanced DBS and have paediatric first aid training qualifications. Finally, as I'm a bilingual Greek-English speaker, I am more than happy to help Greek speakers improve their articulation for audition purposes.

It is very important to me that we work in a way that suits you best and can help you achieve your goals.
