About Jie Xi
I am a teaching assistant with 3 years of experience within nursery and reception in both mainstream and Montessori environments. Having supported students with EAL, I have developed my skills in using visual aids, stories, roleplay and key word maps to help students with their English. My approach to behaviour management centres around understanding the individual needs of students, praise, positive reinforcement and giving students leadership roles to develop their sense of responsibility. Besides, I also enjoy being creative through play and has experience in Maths and English intervention using these skills. Currently, I am looking for part time supply across mainstream primaries within EYFS and KS1, and in independent nurseries.

Besides, I am highly motivated, dedicated and loyal, and after working in a number of different schools and at various levels I believe I am now ready for a new environment.
