Central to my role as a Community Organiser is the belief in the transformative power of empowerment through one-on-one coaching and conversations that build power and capacity. This personalised approach allows for deeper engagement and understanding, fostering an environment where individuals feel not just heard, but truly seen.

One-on-one coaching sessions serve as a cornerstone of my methodology, providing a safe space for individuals to explore their ideas, voice concerns, and identify their unique strengths.
