Take a yoga and meditation retreat with Amritayoga in Amma's ashram. Later 200h take my training as a teacher of hatha yoga with Iyengar style yoga school, Alpesh Yoga meditation and breathing. I am still studying and visiting my teachers every year, and also learned the preparation of natural and ayurvedic cosmetics and medicated oils, now I'm developing workshops to learn to make our personal cleaning products at home safely and confidently.
