About Hailey
As a dual-enrolled high school senior, I bring a strong foundation in English, including high school Honors English 1 & 2, Advanced Placement English Language, Advanced Placement English Literature, and college-level English and Composition 1101 & 1102. Though I haven’t tutored professionally yet, I’ve had plenty of experience helping my siblings and friends understand complex concepts. I approach every lesson with patience, clarity, and a focus on making sure the student feels comfortable and confident. I’m committed to maintaining professionalism in all my interactions. I take my role as a tutor seriously and ensure that I provide clear, accurate explanations in a timely and reliable manner. My Teaching Method and Techniques:

A Typical Lesson Plan:
Each lesson begins with a brief review of what the student already knows and the specific challenges they face. I then introduce the topic step-by-step, offering examples and asking guiding questions. I encourage the student to share their thoughts, allowing for active participation. After practicing the concepts together, I provide opportunities for the student to apply what they’ve learned through exercises or writing tasks. We conclude with a summary to reinforce the lesson and ensure the student feels confident in applying the skills independently.
