About Katey

I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with extensive experience in acute care, where I’ve mastered the art of clinical reasoning in fast-paced medical environments. Beyond my clinical practice, I serve as an adjunct professor and capstone mentor, guiding students through the complexities of evidence-based research and professional development.

My background allows me to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application. I’ve mentored dozens of students through their most challenging projects, helping them translate dense concepts into actionable, life-changing therapy. I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of OTs to lead with confidence, precision, and a deep understanding of patient-centered care.

About the lesson

Bridge the gap between the classroom and the clinic with a mentor who has navigated both. As a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with years of experience in acute care, I offer more than just textbook knowledge; I provide the real-world clinical reasoning you need to excel in high-stakes environments.

Whether you are struggling to master complex physiological concepts, feeling overwhelmed by your capstone project, or preparing for fieldwork, my background as an adjunct professor ensures you receive structured, evidence-based guidance tailored to your learning style. I specialize in turning dense theory into practical skills, helping you build the confidence to succeed in your exams and your future career.

Master the practice of occupational therapy with someone who has mentored dozens of students through the same hurdles you’re facing now.
