About Antonella
"Hello everyone! My name is Antonella, and I am passionate about the sea and swimming. Swimming in the sea is not just a sport for me, it is a way to connect with nature and feel free.
My love for the sea has led me to want to share this passion with others. That's why I decided to teach swimming in the sea. I believe that swimming in the ocean offers unique benefits that cannot be experienced in a pool:
1. Connection with nature: The sea offers us an immersive experience in the natural world.
2. Challenge and adaptability: Changing sea conditions teach us to adapt and improve our skills.
3. Health benefits: Salt water and the marine environment have therapeutic properties.

"Dear students,
My teaching method is designed to make learning safe, fun and effective. Here is how we will work:
1. Familiarization with the environment: First, we will familiarize ourselves with the sea. We will learn about waves, currents and how to move safely in salt water.
2. Floatation techniques: We will start by practicing different floatation techniques. This is essential to feel comfortable and safe in the water.
3. Breathing and water control: We will learn to control our breathing in the sea and how to handle salt water.
4. Basic movements: Little by little, we will introduce the basic swimming movements, adapting them to the marine environment.
5. Swimming techniques: We will practice different swimming styles, always taking into account the sea conditions.
6. Safety and rescue: We will learn safety and self-rescue techniques, essential for swimming in the sea.
7. Gradual practice: We will start in shallow water and gradually move to deeper water as your skills improve.
8. Games and activities: We will include fun games and activities to make learning more entertaining.
