Students are encouraged to bring their own Discuss/shot put they would throw in competition to increase familiarity during training and competition.

The athletics track that the student has access to (at their school or university) will be the primary area of ​​the training sessions, unless the weather prevents outside track training.

A 30min free online session will determine the student's needs and goals and guide the training plan we will follow.

A minimum rate of R350 will apply per one hour session, which will be focused to the students needs. Professional tips and insight will be provided during these sessions.

A comprehensive training program will be provided to the athlete to follow during the week after the first 3 official sessions. This will focus on key movements for strength, speed and flexibility.

Additional rates will apply:
1. If the coach is required to travel to a specific site for the athlete's competitions, if the athlete wishes to have the coach their on the day.
2. For a nutrition plan for on and off seasonal training.
3. Travelling to the designated athletics stadium or indoor training facility (R4/km)
4. Equipment (Discuss or shot put) needed for training.
