About Victoria

My name is Victoria Kędra. I am a native Russian speaker who has also learned 7 languages herself — which means I understand the learner's journey from the inside and know exactly what it takes to make progress.

I was born and grew up in Russia, but moved to Europe at the age of 17. This gives me something rare: a deep knowledge of Russian culture, mentality, and traditions combined with a genuine understanding of the European and international mindset. I know both worlds, and this makes me a bridge between them.

I have been teaching since 2014 - thousands of hours of practice, hundreds of happy students. But teaching is not just my profession. It is my passion. I put my heart and soul into every single lesson, because nothing makes me happier than the moment a student starts speaking Russian and falls in love with its culture.

I believe that learning a language is not just about grammar and vocabulary - it is a completely new way of seeing the world. It expands your horizons, opens new perspectives, and connects you to people you would never have reached otherwise. And since we learn languages to communicate with other human beings, I put speaking at the very heart of every lesson.

Alongside my teaching, I have also worked for many years as a professional interpreter and translator, which sharpened my feel for language at a very deep level.

Outside of the classroom, I am a curious and active person. I love reading, horse riding, snowboarding, sports, and traveling - I have already visited 27 countries and my dream is to see them all. I believe that when a teacher and student share interests, lessons become something truly special. Whatever topic excites you - we can talk about it in Russian.

About the lesson

With over 12 years of teaching experience, I have developed my own communicative method built around one core goal: getting you to speak Russian as quickly as possible. The majority of every lesson is dedicated to speaking practice and vocabulary expansion, because real fluency comes from using the language, not just studying it.
Grammar is part of our lessons too (if you want of course) - but explained in a clear, intuitive way, without endless memorization. Depending on your goals, we can also work on reading, listening, and video comprehension. The lesson is always built around what you need.
I work with all levels and all topics - everyday Russian, travel, business, medical, legal, or any other specific area you require. As a native speaker with 12 years of experience, I can adapt to any learner and any goal.
What truly sets my lessons apart is the depth of personalization. I have no templates, no fixed lesson plans. Every session is unique and tailored specifically to you - your pace, your interests, your learning style. My high level of empathy allows me to sense exactly what each student needs and adjust in real time.
Having learned 7 languages myself, I understand the learner's journey from the inside. I know what works, what blocks progress, and how to make the path to fluency feel natural and enjoyable.
