An English grammar genius, I have known Menka since the CELTA days. We did the course together in 2017. During the course, she was my resource person for any grammar queries that I had. She is an ELT expert as she have a vast years of English teaching experience at the university level too. Besides, she is an extremely patient and hardworking trainer who leaves no stone unturned to bring out the best in her students. This is primarily the reason that her students are extremely find fond of her. Menka uses communicative language methodology for training which is essential to teach English as a skill, rather than a subject. I am sure that students trained by her will not only benefit proficiency wise, but also develop as confident individuals.

A wonderful human being at first , I must say. I came to know Menka first time as a colleague in DAV Collage, Amritsar. We were in same profession, teaching same subject English. Sometimes you meet a person and that person attracts you before you talk to that person and menka was one of them. A smiling face with lot of confidence. I knew we are going to be not only good colleagues but also good friends and we are now. A supercool nature, deep interest in what students need, understanding nature and great experience. I won’t say she is a great personality but must say she is capable of turning one into great. She knows what she is teaching and though have a great knowledge of her subject, she always tries to learn new things in her fields. Very good communication skills and management skills as well. Being my English professor at colleges she (Menka Mam) was super friendly with students. She holds great knowledge regarding her teaching profession as well as surroundings.

Its been 3 years i last attended her lecture, still i remember just because of unique teaching style she possesses.

Apart from this she organised various activities in the lecture to improve not only english but to develop a personality full of compassion and confidence.

I remember her additional support of sharing personal number incase we face any problem regarding subject or to discuss any ways to practice and improve english.

I believe possessing such qualities would make her a superprof.

Everyone provide information regarding the subject or prescribed syllabus but Menka Mam share her knowledge, wisdom, experience and a number of examples while delivering lecture.
And motivation is more important when we are going to learn new thing, or new skill and then Menka mam motivate us by showing us the reasons, why we have to learn that thing. benifits, which we will get after learning or during learning. This new approach make herself different than others...

I have known Menka for around 10 years now. She has profound knowledge in English grammar and comprehension.
