About Charlie
I’ve been passionate about health and fitness since a young age. I grew up playing rugby, riding mountain bikes and surfing before discovering yoga in my mid-twenties. I found it helped me level up my sporting performance in every area and also feel consistently confident and calm. I studied yoga in the Indian Himalayas in 2020 and became a personal trainer in 2021 so I could combine my expertise to help men realise their potential.

I specialise in helping men of all ages and abilities reach their health & fitness goals. Whatever it is you want to achieve - I ensure you get there in a way that is challenging, sustainable & fun. Whether building up physical fitness, increasing mobility (flexibility you can put to use!) or learning how to effectively relax, I combine my personal training qualification (REPS Level III) with my extensive training in yoga (700hrs Yoga Alliance Certified in the Indian Himalayas) to offer the absolute best service I can. I recommend working together on a weekly basis to guarantee progress and can also include access to a digital app for support & accountability outside of our live classes. Every programme is tailored to you and we always work towards achieving specific, measurable, achievable, relevant & time-bound (SMART) goals. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out. I offer my first "free class" in the form of a 30-minute video call so I can understand your goals & motivation and we can get to know each other before the programme start. To your success!
