About Liam
I’m a 4-year high school athlete, 200 hrs of tutoring experience, 3-year coach. Desire simplifying food needs, exercise goals and planning protocol so that it is more intuitive and less intimidating. AA degrees in holistic health and healing, and natural sciences and math. I keep my hourly rate at a place where I make my age in profit per hour. Current personal exercise perspective: personal development, sports, functional training, and steady state mind-body integration
Specifically some personal exercise interests are: qi-gong, running, lifting, dancing, pickleball, yoga, and deep stretching. To name several.
I motivate through relating goals to small actions. Your dreams are going to show up every time you do. Let’s invite them in with the struggle, pain, sweat, fear and grit that change challenges us with

Lesson plans are really defined by your age, body type, desired outcome, and desired ratio of involvement.
The desired ratio of involvement relates to how you want to spend our time together. There are four things I would like to work on with each client. How much of each depends on what you want. The four topics are: goal setting, live activities (a fitness workout), developing workout and/or nutrition plan, and lastly descriptive reflection. If you want to do any of those more than others then we can cater to exactly what you desire
