About Iqra
I am currently a third-year dental student with a strong commitment to education, which has driven me to pursue my goal of studying dentistry. Being a student myself allows me to empathise with my students, alleviating their anxieties and demonstrating how their hard work will lead to success. My teaching technique is tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. I provide in-depth knowledge on challenging subjects while continuously assessing student engagement and identifying ways to enhance their understanding. To achieve this, I design targeted plans, which might include simple questions to reinforce foundational knowledge or complex problems to test deeper comprehension. Typically, I conduct two-hour lessons with groups of up to six students, aged 11-16. This demonstrates my ability to manage time effectively and ensure each student reaches their goals and leaves feeling satisfied with their progress. In a one-on-one setting, I prefer one-hour lessons to ensure maximum engagement and personalised attention.
