About Vasco
I offer educational music services at home (Oliveira do Bairro or Aveiro area). I have a degree in Music Composition from the University of Aveiro and I regularly play Piano, Guitar, Drums and Bass. If you are interested in learning any of these instruments or even musical training, please contact me, I am sure that we will orchestrate a good compromise for both.

Vasco Miranda Born on May 30, 1993 in Oliveira do Bairro. He was admitted in 2003 to the Bairrada School of Arts where he studied piano, organ and classical guitar having completed the 5th guitar degree, under the guidance of professor Tiago Matias. In 2009, he joined the Professional School of Music of Espinho (EPME) where he concluded the 8th grade of classical guitar with professor Rui Gama. In 2011, he started the Composicão course at the University of Aveiro and in 2013 he graduated in Jazz Piano at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto. In 2016 he received the Bernardo Sasseti composition award, and concluded his composition degree at the University of Aveiro. He is part of some musical projects such as Big Band from the University of Aveiro, Big Band from ESMAE, Coolectivo 68, Shark Punk Trio, Big Band of Friends, with which he worked with Rui Veloso and Cheers, Aquela Banda. Throughout his training as a guitarist he participated in several masterclasses and courses with renowned guitarists such as Gaëlle Solal, Jorge Cardoso and Roberto Aussel. Alongside his classical training, he was always connected to light music and jazz, having done seminars, courses and workshops on improvisation, swing interpretation and Latin music. He was part of some musical projects being the Jazz Orchestra of the Professional School of Music of Espinho (OJEPME), with which he was present several times in the house of music; Fadomorse; Spot Free Jazz; OLMA, with which it has already performed in several places, notably the opening of the "Da Weasel" concert at FIACOBA 2009, the opening of the "Santos e Pecadores" concert at FIACOBA2010, OLMA's performance also stands out on RTP1, in the summer of 2010, included in the "À Volta" Program.
