As an experienced educator with a passion for fostering academic excellence, I extend warm regards to each of you. My name is Abdulwasiu Usman, a Nigerian national born on the 26th of December, 1993, and I am excited to embark on this educational journey with you.
Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to the field of education, accumulating a wealth of experience in both public and private settings. My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Geography with First Class Honours, an M.Sc. in Environmental Science with Distinction, and a Professional Diploma in Education, also with Distinction.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a Geography Teacher and Head of ICT at Al-Ansar Center for Comprehensive Education, contributing to an impressive 80% improvement in students' understanding of Geography and ICT lessons. Additionally, my role as Head of Primary and Geography Teacher at Northbury British School saw a 60% elevation in Geography and ICT comprehension among students, coupled with a substantial 90% improvement in primary learners' technological proficiency.
I bring a holistic approach to education, emphasizing not only academic excellence but also the development of social, moral, behavioral, and communication skills. My commitment to innovation, strategic planning, and effective practices has consistently resulted in positive outcomes for both students and educational institutions.
