About Trishita
I am a professional Kathak teacher and performing artist based in Hyderabad with a B.A. in Kathak and Choreography and over 9 years of teaching experience. Trained under legendary maestros like Guru Dr. Maya Rao ji, M/s. Shinjini Kulkarni ji. Offering structured training in Lucknow and Jaipur Gharanas, covering rhythmic footwork, expressions, and dance theory for students of all levels.

My Teaching Approach & Methods
I blend traditional Guru-Shishya values with modern, body-positive pedagogy. We focus heavily on building a strong foundation in tatkar (footwork), chakkars (spins), and abhinaya (expressive storytelling). I break down complex rhythmic cycles (taals) into digestible patterns, ensuring you understand both the math and the emotion behind the movement.
No prior dance experience is required for the beginner batches—just a desire to learn, connect with your body, and explore a timeless art form.
