About Lauren
Throughout my life, I have been a dance student, choreographer, assistant teacher, dance team assistant, and volunteer by teaching ballet to kids with physical and mental disabilities. I am also currently working towards a BA in dance at one of the top five college dance conservatories in the country. I've danced with Houston Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet, and the Los Angeles Ballet Academy's Youth Ballet Theater.

I base my ballet classes and choreography on the student's current level and needs. Classes start with exercises at the barre and lead into exercises in the center and across the floor. I give corrections but am not strict, as I believe that a positive and supportive environment is the key to motivation and success.
