Who Am I I am NAYINI MEGHANA, a certified Zumba and Aerobics trainer with 5+ years of experience in fitness and wellness. With a postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I bring a holistic approach to health by combining energetic dance workouts with knowledge of balanced nutrition and lifestyle practices. My passion is to make fitness fun, effective, and accessible for everyone, helping students achieve their goals with confidence and joy.
