About Ashleigh
I have a passion for helping young girls and women to connect to their bodies to restore confidence, creativity, expression and joy.
Life can be stressful with challenges and dance helps to ground us and connect us to the divine.
My sessions will be spiritually and emotionally transformative, and will help to restore mind, body, soul.
I offer online sessions worldwide.
I enjoy combining creative practices with movement therapy.
If you are a girl or woman of faith I can also incorporate more faith and prayer-based activities too if this also feels aligned

About the lesson

Each session can be tailor-made to suit your own individual needs. We can also add on a creative art/drawing practice at the end to help restore creativity and reduce overthinking.
With each session we can focus on a theme to dance and express to.
Sometimes this will be working with specific emotions that arise:
Shame
Fear
Anger
Sadness
Anxiety
Grief
Joy
Or we can work with a particular issue that has arisen for you.
We will finish with a guided meditation and journalling practice. This is not a choreographed movement, it is more about allowing your body to move freely in the way it desires for healing.
If you are also a student wanting to learn to bring these practices into your sessions for others I can also offer mentoring.
