About Lindsay
My name is Lindsay Osbourn, I am a dance coach trained in various styles, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical and Acrobatics. I am also qualified in the Progressing Ballet Technique program.
I have over 15 years of experience coaching, producing scale stage productions and performances, as well as entering dancers into competitions.
I am the founder of Lindsay’s School of Ballet in South Africa and Synergy Performance Lab in Dubai.
My passion is to bring the love of dance to children and adults of all ages. Building strong confident dancers through a nurturing and all-inclusive creative space.

About the lesson

My Online Zoom, private and group classes, offer dancers of all levels and ages the opportunity to receive supplementary technique, strength and conditioning training in the comfort of their home or wherever they may be in the world.
Dancers will gain strength, increase mobility and flexibility while preserving the body's longevity. The aim is to improve technique and performance across multiple dance styles.
Introductory classes for little ones are also available.
