Methodology
The course would include the various aspects of conflict management. Additionally looking at specific examples that are relevant to the learner based on their own experiences as well as scenario based examples to further illustrate the understanding of controlling and dealing with difficult people.

With over 17 years of experience in dealing with people in a professional manner with regards to conflict management. Have taught at high school level as well as adults. The results have been positive with a visible awareness and mental attitude towards conflict and dealing with it.
