Erik is extremely reliable and always makes sure I feel comfortable during our workouts! He gives the best tips on form and never hesitates to demonstrate the exercise first to make doing it just that much easier. I have learned new ways to target certain muscles and I saw results in just a couple weeks of working with him. Definitely recommend Erik to anyone who wants a dedicated trainer with great energy!
