About Georgia
Hi, I’m Georgia. I studied maths in school up to the age of 18 and was very lucky that I enjoyed it! I then moved to Kenya for a year to teach children aged 2-13, which I absolutely loved. I am keen to continue tutoring as I thoroughly enjoyed it and managed to help raise some grades from 30% to 80% by teaching skills, easy ways of remembering things and confidence.

I try to prioritise what the children find particularly difficult and build up their skills and confidence. It can really help to see a past test, talk with them about what they struggled with and give them the necessary tools to smash it! I worked in a school in Kenya teaching maths and science, but also tutored some of the kids on the side. The main thing is to build confidence. I would offer maths tuition for any child up to 13.
