About V
I am a driven individual and a keen believer in the importance of the arts and humanities.
Academically I have excelled by actively engaging in the subjects I chose, getting at GCSE 7A*s, an 8 in English Literature, and 9s in English Language and Maths. At A-Level, I received A* Maths, A Economics, A* Classical Civilisation and A* Latin.
I also aim to inspire students to be ambitious and lead by example.
At school, I was Head Girl, and currently, I am my College's student council President. I have also been a part of access initiatives as a Student Ambassador, Team Lead for AimCambridge, and part of Cambridge's India Society Committee.

Focus on creative thinking and active engagementwith literature and language.
This would be through reading interesting texts together and having active discussions about themes, intertextualities and original thoughts.
An active learning experience would be based on how my Cambridge supervisions are structured, which is also preparation for Oxbridge interview styles.
Typical length of a lesson would be 1 hour, with preparatory reading and essay writing/ writing practice.
