Tyler is a respected tutor in our community. He is highly recommended for his commitment and the quality of his lessons. An excellent choice to progress with confidence.
About Tyler
I graduated high school Suma Cum Laude, with a 4.3 GPA and with honors. The highest math I have taken up to now is Calculus 1, which I passed with a high B average. I am a current college student taking Precalculus to satisfy degree requirements as a Criminal Justice major. As someone who has several siblings that have struggled with math, I feel equipped and eager to teach others undergoing the same struggles. That being said, I also know how to work with younger students in a manner that fosters a friendly, stress-free environment for both the student and the parents. A huge goal of mine is to alleviate the parental stress of teaching their kids math that they learned years ago and save them long, argument-filled nights while helping students catch up and stay on track. My biggest goal, however, is to provide you or your child a quality, affordable tutoring option.

Common Core can be a pain, so I try to break things down for my students in easy-to-understand lessons rather than repeating words from a textbook. I like to integrate real-world examples and implement the EDGE method: Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, and Enable. This way, students are more engaged and master topics more easily and efficiently. I am open to tutoring any age from K-12, as well as other college students.

Tyler is a very mature & Christian young man. He also excelled in high school. Tutoring is a perfect fit for him because he comes from a large family & he is used to helping out when needed.
Great Young man is great at helping young people in middle and high school.
I’ve watch Tyler grow up since birth. Along with his 6 siblings that followed after. He has always been a phenomenal kid, and now he’s grown into a phenomenal adult! He’s great with kids, honest, trusteworthy, and smart! Tyler is your perfect candidate to be a tutor.
Tyler is very knowledgeable and has wonderful math skills. He is very professional in his work.
Tyler is not only extremely patient, but very easygoing and fun to work with. Whenever I have questions about my pre-cal homework, I know I can go to him for help!
Tyler has taken many advanced and AP math classes. I meet Tyler at church, and before youth group if I needed help with any of my math he would always come and help me out. He is very reliable and would be a great pick for a tutor.
Tyler is the best!!! He is so patient and really knows how to explain things even when I am slow. He brought my grade up a letter grade!!
I have known Tyler for several years. He was one of the top students in my AP Government & Politics class last year. I have also had the pleasure of knowing Tyler through our youth group at church. Tyler is an extremely upstanding person. He is highly intelligent and capable of tutoring other students. I have been an educator for 25 years, and I would say he ranks in the top 5% of all my students. He is so dedicated to his education, and also to his faith. He is the oldest of 7 children, so the role of mentor comes naturally to him. Also, this has fostered responsibilities that have allowed him to become such a mature and dependable young man. He is extremely dedicated to his Christian faith, and has taken leadership roles among his peers. Without a doubt, I would trust Tyler to work with other students, and I believe he would be more than capable of tutoring other students while showing extreme care and patience in the process!
Tyler is amazing and very intelligent. He is very patient and understanding with everyone. Tyler is an excellent tutor.
