About Christina
I am a current kindergarten teacher. I have been a teacher for almost a decade. I love the excitement when students figure out a skill that has been a challenge for them. I believe every child learns in his or her own way, and that it is the teacher's responsibility to figure that out.

I focus on teaching students how to read. We work on phonemic awareness, segmenting, and blending words. I work with kindergarten students, or first and second grade students who are struggling.
I also teach students math. I have the most experience working on number sense, addition, and subtraction.
I would be more than happy to assist your child with homework, or whatever they are currently struggling with at school!
