About Carlos

I graduated in 1988 from the Ignacio Cervantes conservatory in Havana. Since my career as a professional musician, I have started touring internationally and playing with world famous artists. I have been a teacher for 25 years, specializing in Cuban heritage instruments (timbales, congas, bata drum, marimbula, bongo and other Mayan, Aztec instruments, etc.)

About the lesson

I offer a wide range of learning opportunities, which correspond to the heritage instruments of the Cuban, Latin tradition and percussion in general. With dedication, patience and a lot of fun, I give you the opportunity to transmit the rhythms and musical riches of my culture, with joy and entertainment.
