I was training for 2 years also i was a boxer so i know how to push body limits and make people strong and agile.
my training techniques are more closer to a boxer than a fitness trainer i will be using strength training and cardio and on the rest days there will be active rest programs that can make you achieve your goal in a smooth motion.
you have to be patience in this journey of training.
