About Rajesh

My name is Rajesh and I am a faculty member with an M.Tech in Computer Science and 24 years of teaching experience across school and college levels in West Bengal.
I genuinely love teaching — not just the subject, but the moment when a student who was confused suddenly understands. That moment is what keeps me going after more than two decades in the classroom.
I have worked with students of all kinds — quick learners, slow learners, and students who had completely lost confidence in Math. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping the ones who believed they "just cannot do Math" discover that they actually can, with the right guidance and patience.
Outside the classroom, I stay deeply engaged with technology and education. I follow developments in AI and enjoy finding ways to bring these tools into learning in a practical, responsible way — so students are prepared not just for their exams but for the world they are growing up in.
I believe every student deserves a teacher who does not give up on them. That is the kind of teacher I try to be every day.

About the lesson

I have 24 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Computers, and I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science. My classes are designed for school students from Class 1 to Class 10, with special focus on students who find Maths difficult or confusing.
My teaching approach is simple, patient, and example-based. I break every concept into small steps so that even average or below-average learners can follow with confidence. I never rush a student.
Classes are held at my home in Durgapur or online via Google Meet — whichever suits the family. Each session is 60 minutes, with regular practice problems and doubt-clearing.
What makes my classes unique is that I also teach students how to use AI tools alongside Maths. Students learn to use AI to check their working, explore concepts visually, generate practice problems, and understand where they went wrong — turning AI into a personal study companion rather than a shortcut.
I have seen struggling students score above 80% after consistent coaching. If your child is losing confidence in Maths, this is the right place to start.
