About Andie

Teaching Spanish has been my passion for the last 13 years. During this time, I have worked with High School and College students who wanted to improve their language skills for academic success, personal growth, and future opportunities. I believe personalized learning is the foundation of effective teaching because every student learns in a different way.

My classes focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and conversation. I use simple explanations, engaging discussions, practical examples, and interactive exercises that help students understand concepts while enjoying the learning process. My lessons encourage curiosity, communication, and consistent practice.

One of my greatest strengths is recognizing each student's individual learning needs and adapting my teaching accordingly. Whether students need additional grammar support or extra speaking practice, I create lessons that help them progress with confidence. I regularly monitor development and provide constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.

I also introduce students to the rich culture of Spanish-speaking countries by exploring traditions, celebrations, food, music, and everyday communication. This makes learning more interesting while helping students develop a natural understanding of the language.

My commitment to personalized learning ensures every student receives the attention, guidance, and encouragement they deserve. My goal is to help learners become confident, motivated, and successful Spanish speakers who enjoy using the language throughout their academic and personal lives.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is based on compassion, integrity, and adaptability to help students develop confidence and fluency in Spanish. I believe that every student learns differently, so I take time to understand individual goals, strengths, and learning preferences before creating personalized lesson plans.

My classes include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing to build complete language skills. I encourage active participation through conversations, role-playing, short presentations, and practical activities that reflect real-life situations.

Students receive clear explanations, regular practice, and supportive feedback to strengthen their understanding. I create a comfortable learning environment where mistakes are welcomed as an important part of learning. Lessons are adjusted regularly according to each student's progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Besides Spanish, I also teach conversational Spanish, Spanish grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, reading comprehension, writing skills, listening practice, DELE exam preparation, business Spanish, travel Spanish, Hispanic culture, and communication skills.

My goal is to help students become confident communicators who can use Spanish naturally in academic, professional, and everyday situations.
