About Michael

I am a passionate flute tutor who loves helping students of all ages explore music creatively and confidently. My teaching combines mentorship, accountability, and critical thinking to guide students effectively. I focus on tone, phrasing, rhythm, and breath control while encouraging expressive playing. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training to develop complete musicianship. Creativity is emphasised through improvisation, composition, and musical storytelling. About the lesson
