I want to offer a space FOR ALL WOMEN to shape their bodies through anaerobic exercises thus creating mindfulness and body awareness. As a professionally trained retired ballerina and mother of 2 I want to champion women of ALL levels that ballet is for them!

As a busy single mother I offer adult ballet to women of all sizes and levels. My class is a 50 minute barre for all ADULT levels with focus in Vaganova and Balanchine technique.
Centre’ consistent of stretching, core strengthening, and balance exercises.
