About Marion
I’m a Cordon Bleu trained cook with a lifelong passion for food and cooking.
I love sharing my knowledge and helping people discover that cooking can be much easier and more enjoyable than they think.
Over the years I’ve cooked a wide variety of food and developed a particular love of traditional and French cooking, Asian cuisine and baking. I’m also a great believer in learning the fundamentals, because once you understand the basics, you can become much more confident and creative in the kitchen.
My approach is friendly, relaxed and encouraging. I’m patient and I’ll never make you feel silly for asking a question — there are no stupid questions when it comes to cooking!

My lessons are relaxed, friendly and completely tailored to you.
I’m Cordon Bleu trained and have many years of experience cooking a wide range of food, from traditional and French cooking to Asian dishes and baking.
I don’t just want to show you a recipe — I want to teach you how to cook with confidence. We’ll cover the techniques that make such a difference: seasoning, timing, knife skills, sauces, cooking temperatures and how to know when something is properly cooked.
You can choose what you’d like to learn, whether it’s mastering a particular dish, becoming more confident in the kitchen, learning some impressive dinner-party recipes, improving your baking or exploring different cuisines.
Lessons are taught online, so you can cook along with me from your own kitchen.
No pressure, no complicated chef jargon — just good food, useful skills and a bit of fun!
