With over 25 years of experience as a Concert Pianist and Keyboardist, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to every lesson. My career as a Musical Director has seen me working with top artists such as Becky Hill, Mimi Webb, and Chelcee Grimes, guiding them through over 7 world tours and countless performances on iconic stages like Glastonbury, Wembley Stadium, and international TV shows such as The Graham Norton Show and Jimmy Fallon.

As an experienced Musical Director and Concert Pianist, my teaching approach is holistic, focusing on nurturing a well-rounded musician. I believe in combining traditional piano techniques with modern, creative methods to keep lessons engaging and relevant.

I assess each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and musical goals to create a tailored lesson plan. Whether you’re interested in classical pieces, pop songs, or improvisation, lessons are adjusted to match your interests and aspirations.
I use real-world examples from my professional experiences to teach practical skills that go beyond standard piano playing.
Building Confidence and Expression:
I emphasise the importance of performance skills and expression. Drawing from my extensive touring experience with artists like Becky Hill and Mimi Webb, I teach students how to connect emotionally with the music and perform confidently, whether in a recital or casually at home.
Technical and Theoretical Foundation:
A strong technical base is essential, so we cover scales, finger exercises, and sight-reading. I also integrate music theory into lessons in a fun and digestible way.

Typical Length of a Lesson:
Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, but I offer flexibility to adjust based on the student’s age, level, and concentration span. For younger or beginner students, 30-minute lessons are available.

I bring over 25 years of experience as a Concert Pianist and Keyboardist, along with a proven track record of directing major artists on 7 world tours. This extensive professional background allows me to offer insights and techniques that are unique and industry-relevant.
