About Maria
I'm a Canadian Powerlifting Union (CPU) Competitive 57 kg Powerlifter who has competed more than 5 times from local, centrals to provincial competitions. I've also worked with other athletes (strength and endurance) to help them achieve personal records, lose weight/gain muscle, and compete well.

This is a 1:1 Strength and Nutrition Coaching experience with weekly lesson plans and check-ins (video/voice call/text). You'll receive a Strength Training Program adjusted to your lifestyle, equipment accessibility, preferences, and goals. You'll also receive a Nutrition Program that can be adjusted on a weekly basis and allows you to understand how to move forward on your own.
