About Amos
I'm Mr. Gumi, a holder of Bachelor's of Education Honors Degree in Management of Business.
Teaching pulls me in because it’s one of the few careers where what you do today genuinely shapes someone’s tomorrow. I like breaking down complex ideas until they finally “click” for someone—that moment never gets old. It’s rewarding to help students build confidence, especially in subjects like accounting, commerce, and business studies that many find intimidating at first.
I’m also drawn to the impact beyond the classroom. Teaching isn’t just about content; it’s about guiding, mentoring, and helping students see their own potential. Watching them grow—from unsure beginners to independent thinkers—is something I find meaningful.
And honestly, I enjoy the energy of it. Every class is different, every student brings a new perspective, and there’s always something to learn and improve. It keeps me challenged, creative, and connected.
