About Luis Augusto
I'm originally from Brazil and at a young age I traveled the world working as an Artist/Athlete. Later, I worked for multinational companies in the retail sector. I'm passionate about cultures and learned 5 languages before receiving both of my University degrees and International Adult Teaching Certifications. During the pandemic I've gone from working 100% in-person to 100% online. I'm now a digital nomad and I'd love to share all of my knowledge in your quest to improve your English skills as well as learn from your experiences. Reach out to me no matter where you are with your language learning journey.

As a tutor I combine teaching techniques, or pick specific ones, to suit each learner's needs. Lessons are prepared selecting content from a wide range of resources. I also apply techniques learned from my degree in Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation which increases fluency and provides me with a broad material of areas to work with you on.
Sessions usually kick off with a powerful idea from literature, motivational quotes, current affairs etc. And together we decide what to follow (eg: pronunciation, grammar, projects, listening, reading, games, etc...)
