About Nicolas
Well, my true love is in learning about myself and growing as a person, and then finding creative ways through meditation, mentorship, and Self-discovery sessions to help other people to do the same.
I spent the last two years on a very focused journey to help myself learn and grow away from old patterns and behaviours, and learned the hard way that you can burn yourself out by going too far inward and doing a lot of spiritual bypassing.
It took a complete collapse to rebuild in a way that put Self Love first, which is something I'm learning more and more every day.
It was a series of hard lessons, but gratefully learned and happily passed on.
A lot of my spare time is spent writing songs, as I love singing and making a good melody. I do enjoy the great outdoors and being really active, and I'm also developing an app to help people avoid the same pitfalls that I fell into with personal development and spirituality.
Also, I've only recently moved to Liverpool so aaany recommendations on things to do, places to see, people to meet, and I'm all ears.

About the lesson

The first session will focus on getting to know you, your aches and pains (physical and emotional), and from there, we'll let our intuition guide us towards what feels right for you. Some days that might be a focus on meditation, sometimes, more on movement, sometimes a mix of both.
Sometimes you might want to flow, sometimes you might want to be static, and sometimes you might just want to ask yourself some deep questions and have me hold space.
Your body and your mind - you know them best, and where we start out might not always be the direction we end up heading in.
I've developed a series of themes, both for meditation, and mindful movement sessions, so if you're trying to learn comfort in feeling your emotions, or shedding expectations, using your voice, taking back your power; whatever it might be, let me know. I love using my creativity to develop ideas to help people. Putting them into action is even more fun, so it's basically a co-creation process for your personal development.
