Lessons must be cancelled at least 24h prior the scheduled time.
Lessons cancelled 12h before the scheduled time for the class, must be payed by 50%
Lessons cancelled between 2-12h before the scheduled time for the class, must be payed in full.

Refund policy:
Lesson packages payed in full are subject to a 50% refund if requested during the first 14 days of having taken the first lesson.
Refunds requested after 14 days of having received the first lessons are not subject to refund.

Lesson packages payed partially are not subject to refund.
