My name is Taylor and I am a 20 year old psychology student at a California institution. I have 6 years of experience with student therapy and have spoken to many youth groups about my experiences as a Division 1 athlete in track and field in order to share my story and inspire future college athletes into pursuing their dreams as well.

Hello my future athletes and sports trainers (and anyone else who thinks sports psychology is fascinating~)!
I am a collegiate Division 1 athlete from California who studies psychology in every aspect. I have researched the art of psychology in children, adults, athletes, sociology, philosophy, and much more. I am here to spread my knowledge and passion about sports psychology to anyone willing to listen!
It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to walk you through the world of athletics and how your psyche plays such an important role in it. Together, we will enjoy enriching activities intertwined with unforgettable lessons about the sport of your choice (or all sports, if you would like!). We will have the difficult talks of how being an athlete takes a toll on your mental health which will bring important conversations in how to enjoy your sport and get the most out of it, especially during mental blocks. I want to not only be a provider of academic information, but also an open outlet to communicate and connect with. Since I myself am an athlete, I am more than available to answer any questions, comments, or conversations!
These lessons are for children of all ages, but I will mainly be catering to the preteen to late teen categories! This consists of anyone between the ages of 11-17.
