About Sofia

Feedback on work will always be made available, and regular mutual feedback and check-in sessions are a must to ensure I am best supporting you as a learner.

I got a 730/800 on the SAT reading and writing portion my first time as a junior in highschool scoring in the 99th percentile and got 5s on both my AP Lang and AP Lit exams. Having taught other languages, I have a good understanding of the fundamentals of grammar. As a Philosophy and Journalism student in my last year of my degree, I have extensive experience reading and writing; as a student with learning disabilities who has taught students with learning disabilities, I am great at creating lessons for different learning styles and needs.
