My name is Christiana, PhD. I have many years of experience working with individuals at all levels who face a wide range of problems, emotional, psychological, and relationship issues that affect their lives.

I am calm, patient, jovial, understanding, welcoming, and hardworking.

Email coaching.
My responses for email coaching are within 24 or 48 hours, and the rates are as follows:
£136.00 a session = £680 for 5 sessions. Expect responses within 24 hours.
£136.00 a session = £1,360 for 10 sessions.

£120.00 a session = £600 for 5 sessions. Responses within 48 hours.
£120 a session = £1,200 for 10 sessions.

How the email coaching works:
No appointment is required for the sessions. Just write and send your email to me at a time convenient for you, 24/7.

We communicate by email, where you provide details of your concerns, challenges, or aspirations.

I will work on your email and respond by email.

Note that any email response from me is one email session completed.

The decision of when to send the next email to me is yours; however, it should be one email at a time. Usually, it is one session a week.
